Hello World

This is the customary hello-world post—a small beginning for this corner of the site.

I finally found some time to redesign my old website. With today’s LLM-assisted tools, putting together a clean new version is surprisingly easy.

In the future, I hope to write occasionally about machine learning and deep learning in biology, along with the engineering practices that make technical ideas useful, reliable, and maintainable.
